Located just three minutes south of the Dawesville Cut bridge, with all the associated water activities and easy access to the boat ramp.

The Cut Golf Course and Lawn Bowling Club are within five minutes and there are five restaurants to choose from plus numerous takeaways and two supermarkets within seven minutes of the holiday park.

Twin Waters Caravan park is only 15 mins from the Mandurah CBD, boasting Summer Concerts, Festivals, Mandjar Markets, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, Art Gallery, Dolphin Tours, Movie theatres, Taverns, Night Clubs, Historical sites and many more tourist attractions.

Facilities at the park include EFTPOS, a swimming pool, large undercover BBQ area with a crab cooker for Mandurah's famous blue manna crabs, a pizza oven and children’s playground.

Next door we have an IGA, Doctors Surgery, Chemist, Celebrations Liquor, Fish & Chips and a Thai restaurant/cafe.
